You get a reference and a link to track your request.
We search the auctions
Within 7 days we send the cars that fit, with each one's price and retail valuation.
You choose
Click “Like” or “Not for me” on each option. No car is bought until you like one.
We bid and buy
If we secure the car, you pay the price we quoted. If the bidding goes too high, we tell you and keep looking.
You view, then collect
We inspect, prepare and warranty the car. You see it in person before you agree to anything.
Straight answers
How can the price be below retail?
We buy from the same trade auctions other dealers use, and we have no showroom or forecourt to pay for. How much you save depends on the car. Some popular models leave very little room, and when that's the case we'll tell you rather than send you a poor option.
What does it cost to ask?
Nothing. There's no fee and no deposit for sending a request or for liking an option.
Is the price you quote the price I pay?
Yes. The price shown on an option is what you pay if we secure that car. If the auction goes above the level that makes that price possible, we don't buy it, and we let you know.
Do I have to buy the car you find?
No. We only sell in person, at our premises. You view the car, check its history and take your time. Nothing is agreed until you sign the order with us.
Is it prepared like the cars in your stock?
Yes. It gets the same inspection, road test, preparation and warranty as every car we sell. Your Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights apply in full.
What happens to my details?
We use them only to deal with this request. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold and how to have it deleted.
